The Products are sold by NVSMART Technologies Co., Ltd. referred to in these Terms as "NVSMART", "us", "we" or "our" or the like.

The purchaser of a Product pursuant to these terms is referred to in these Terms as "you" or "your" or the like.

SHIPPING POLICY

With customers all around the world, we are happy to send our products to anywhere in the world. In case you don't find your location or any specific question please contact us at support@nvsmart.com.cn and we'll see if we can fulfill your order, or find a local retailer to you.

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Orders are usually delivered within 5-7 days of purchase. To ensure that your order goes smoothly, please make sure that you have provided your contact number and have entered the correct shipping address at checkout.

Taxes and duties (including VAT) will be calculated during checkout and added to your order, so there are no hidden surprises when you receive your order.

For international items we may use a tracking service, so items will need to be signed for on arrival. Please be aware that international deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are beyond our control, and any extra cost needs to be covered by the customer.

Customs charges may apply to some international orders. This is entirely separate from shipping charges. Customs charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Please be sure to check with your local customs office for clarification on these charges as the laws differ from country to country

All orders are processed in either Euros or US Dollar. You can select which currency you would like to pay in at checkout.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

If you purchased a product from our website (www.nvlok.com) and are not satisfied with it, you may return new unopened product within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange.

If you may initiate the return or exchange process, please always contact us at support@nvsmart.com.cn firstly, please provide your order number and a brief explanation of your inquiry when you contact us and we'll assist you.

Unopened boxes, returned within 30 days of delivery will receive a full refund. Opened boxes, returned within thirty (30) days of delivery and not eligible for a warranty return, will subject to 15%restocking fee and should include all supplied accessories and setup guides if have.

If the product does not arrive back at our offices within 30 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

We recommend returning goods with a trackable service or shipping insurance. You are responsible for the cost of returning the order. We will not process any refund or replacement until the Product is back in our possession. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

NVSMART products purchased from other retailers or online shops should be returned to the same respective shops in accordance to their return policy.

RETURN STEPS

1. Email support@nvsmart.com.cn or telephone with your reason for return

2. You will receive an email back with a RETURNS NUMBER

3. Return the item in the original packaging include the original packing slip and a note with the RETURNS NUMBER

4. Send the package to NVSMART at the address below

Please allow for up to two weeks of processing returned products once they have been received.
